i- practical(on job training)
ii- oral assessment (interview)

-how effective are those method
          -define a method to measure effectiveness
                   
-how does it stand up to or compared to academic standard
          -define academic standard
          -define key areas for comparison
          -define inter related reliability

-how to bridge the standard with academic qualification
          -carry out comparison of, method between professional training and academic training
          -cross refer similar anomaly and separate different anomaly

    Story - UniKL- MIAT does not have a specific guideline for oral exam when oral exam has been the final screening for aviation maintenance training evaluation method in the industry. From the  old standard which follow the British or the new standard which follows European standard, both have their own method of oral exam although executed differently.
